This policy explains how you can cancel an order and how refunds are handled by Medal Foam Center (brand name: Furnilook).

Cancelling an order

  • You may cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund, provided it has not already been dispatched.
  • After dispatch, cancellation is not possible. You may instead refuse delivery, in which case return shipping charges will be deducted from the refund.
  • Custom-made and made-to-order furniture cannot be cancelled once production has started, because the piece is built to your specification. We will tell you clearly at the time of order if an item is made to order.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

Please check your item at the time of delivery. If it arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, report it to us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the item and its packaging.

Once we verify the claim we will, at your choice, repair the item, replace it, or refund it in full. Pickup of the item in such cases is arranged by us at no cost to you.

Returns

Because of the size and nature of furniture, we do not accept returns for change of mind once an item has been delivered and installed. Returns are accepted only in the cases described above.

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all accessories and documentation intact for a return to be accepted.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days of approval.
  • The refund is credited to the original payment method used for the order. The time it takes to reflect in your account depends on your bank or card issuer, usually 5–10 working days after we process it.
  • Any delivery or installation charges already incurred are non-refundable, except where the item was damaged, defective or incorrectly supplied.
