This policy explains how Medal Foam Center (brand name: Furnilook) delivers orders placed on furnilook.com.

Where we deliver

We deliver across India, and delivery is free everywhere in India — there is no separate freight charge at checkout. Some remote locations may not be serviceable; if we cannot deliver to your address we will contact you and refund your payment in full.

Delivery timelines

  • Mumbai and Mumbai Metropolitan Region: 3–7 working days
  • Rest of India: 7–14 working days
  • Made-to-order and custom furniture: 3–6 weeks, confirmed to you at the time of order

These timelines start from the date of order confirmation and are estimates. Delivery may take longer during festivals, or because of transport, weather or other conditions outside our control. We will keep you informed if your order is delayed.

Delivery charges

Delivery is free across India. The price you see on the product page is the price you pay — no freight is added at checkout, and we do not invoice a transport charge afterwards.

Installation and assembly

Inside Mumbai, our own team delivers, assembles and places the furniture in the room, at no charge. Outside Mumbai, delivery is handled by our transport partners and is also free, but assembly is not included — most pieces arrive assembled, and where a piece ships in sections we send fitting instructions and support you over the phone.

At the time of delivery

  • Someone aged 18 or above must be present to receive the order.
  • Please inspect the packaging and the item before accepting delivery.
  • If the item appears damaged, note it with the delivery person and inform us within 48 hours with photographs.
  • Please make sure the item can physically reach the room — doorways, staircases and lifts. If delivery fails because access is not available, redelivery charges may apply.

Tracking your order

We will share tracking or delivery scheduling details on your registered email address and phone number once your order is dispatched.
