Products and pricing

All prices listed on this website are in Indian Rupees (INR / ₹) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise on the product page. We make every effort to display product colours, dimensions and finishes accurately, but slight variation is normal in furniture and handcrafted items and is not considered a defect.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to change prices at any time before an order is confirmed. If a product is listed at an incorrect price, we will contact you before processing the order and you may cancel it for a full refund.

Orders

An order is confirmed only after we receive full or partial payment as indicated at checkout and send you a confirmation by email or phone. We may decline or cancel an order if the item is out of stock, if delivery is not serviceable at your location, or if we are unable to verify the details provided.

Payments

Online payments on this website are processed through Razorpay. We do not collect or store your card, UPI or net-banking credentials on our servers. All payment information is handled directly by the payment gateway under its own security standards.

Warranty
