Furnilook is the retail name of Medal Foam Center, a furniture workshop and showroom in Malad West, Mumbai. We make hand-carved teak and rosewood furniture — sofa sets, diwans and seating — and we make most of it to order.
What we actually do
Almost every piece we sell is built in our own workshop rather than bought in and resold. That means the frame, the carving, the polish and the upholstery are all done by people we work with directly. It also means we can change a size, a wood, or a fabric for you without it becoming a special project.
Carving takes time. A full drawing-room set is six to twelve weeks of work depending on how much of the frame is carved. We tell you the timeline before you pay, and we tell you if it slips.
How we quote
Every quote names its materials — the wood, the foam density, the fabric, the finish. If something is excluded, the quote says so. You should not have to guess what you are paying for on a piece that costs several lakhs.
Delivery and installation
We deliver and place the furniture ourselves within Mumbai at no extra charge. Outside Mumbai we deliver across India through transport partners; charges depend on the destination and are confirmed before the order.
